Do you remember that one (I think it was season II) where Dom posed as an MI5 recruiter at a university and stopped one of the women there to ask if she was interested? I remember, he said things like "You'll be expected to move at the drop of a pin and meet someone and maybe sleep with them or slit their throat. Would that be ok?" - and the girl said yes and was really enthusiastic! :laugh: Trigger Happy TV rocks! I can't pick favourites, but the one with the 6ft pigeon on the roof and Dom calls a pest controller saying "there's a big agressive pigeon on my roof that wont go away". The look on the poor guy's face when the pigeon start attacking him! Oh and the gang of squirrels doing armed robberies and beating up fishermen - classics! :laugh: Before they could air the show in the US they made a special "the making of Dom Jolly" spinoff to get interest in the series, and that was as good if not better than the series itself - that man is an absolute comic genious! I loved the part where they were interviewing him in his front room and through the window you can see an SAS team slowly moving their way up his lawn. :laugh:

Trigger Happy TV is hillarious...a little like Jackass but done properly and without trying to gross the viewers out all the time. One that always gets me is two guys they have in dog suits, who act as if nothing unusal is happening...until they meet, whereupon they attempt to either beat the crap out of each other or one will pull a gun and shoot the other. :laugh: People just don't know what to do when they see something like that! I think I do remember the MI5 one, though not the others. A personal favourite of mine is the one where they had some guy interview Ken Livingstone in the street. Halfway through the interview the interviewer spotted some guy he knew approaching, said to Ken "excuse me a minute" then ran over to the other guy and started punching and kicking him. To his credit, Ken told the interviewer exactly what he thought of him and walked off. I've always thought that that sketch was rather a good integrity test for any politician! I seem to recall an interview with DJ where he said they tried the format on the streets of New York, but it didn't work as people were more inclined to lump him, or call the police, or be generally more interventionist and questioning than the Brits. Mind you, I'm surprised he doesn't get challenged (or clobbered!) more often. Debbie
