                    but, but, but..., the labels on the brown sugar and maple syrup each said that they had 0 g Fat per serving, so they can't make you gain weight, right? :wtf: It least that is what all those zero fat diet food ads imply. :)

                        I prefer oatmeal or oatbran with some candied pecans and fresh blueberries. I have eaten that every morning for the last several months.
