Forum Down/Up vote feature?

I cant see down/up vote feature for the post in the community, it was but i don't know what happened to that? I search in the CP but didn't find anything related to it. Please help.

It's just to the left of the message. Move your mouse there and hover over the up/down arrows.

Also (to add to Richard) Downvoting is not available in either the GIT or the GCT forums.

You're welcome! But downvoting isn't only available in the Q&A forums. It's also available in the Article Writing forum and in the discussion board of each article.
