Why I am not able to post a comment or solution

I dont see the 'Comment' or 'Post Solution' button. Am I banned for some reasons ?:confused:

Thanks Chris.. I can see the link and button now.. I dont know what was wrong with it. The buttons were invisible..I cant miss them since I have used them a thousand times till now
