    There is a program i need but I dob't know what its called, so i will explain it the best i can, I want a program that bascily a docking program, but its like a folder but is on your desktop and opens up and remembers its location on windows start up, so, bascily I want program to better organise my desktop and stuff, any suggestions?

      Windows Explorer can do that.

        Sounds a bit like Fences from Stardock, but it's not free.
