Problem in Windows Phone 8 map control

When i run my program then map control gives only blue color not showing map. I am using map control for windows phone 8. I tried it on device and emulator both have same problem. I don't know enough about the situation but, to me, it looks like your map position is over the ocean.

Hi, To show the map, it requires a network connection. and the Network connection is a great problem for Windows Phone Emulator. Try to work with a Windows Phone Device.
