Wrong generation? Star Trek has been on TV pretty much my entire lifetime (and as my Dad was a big fan it was pretty difficult not to end up indoctrinated) I still remember us both rushing home from visiting relatives so that we wouldn't miss the first episode of Next Generation -- Help me! I'm turning into a grapefruit!

We are men. We are different. We have only one word for soap. We do not own candles. We have never seen anything of any value in a craft shop. We do not own magazines full of photographs of celebrities with their clothes on. - Steve

Seems like I missed the latter part ... :) But 7ontopof9 has really been a ray of hope:rolleyes: But do you really think putting Janeway's hair up was an improvement?? Hehe that's what they all say. ;) By the way I've got some good news - we had the first Court Hearing over the financial settlement today and we've managed to come to an agreement which guarantees the assets (aside from my share in the house) I've got now. This means I should be off to Thailand for surgery no later than Spring next year (the earliest I can get a referral is January 2004). :-D I'm celebrating tonight! Don't expect any coherant posts from me after 9pm... ;) Anna :rose: www.annasplace.me.uk
