Article pending but not in the needing approval list

I updated an article but somehow it is out of the "Articles needing approval list" for some reasons. I don't want to re-submit it since it will create a new version of it. What is the best approach to re-list it there? The particular article is here.

There's no problem with creating a new version. We have plenty of database space!
