Abuse without evidence?

Hi board, does anyone know who that Nedal & Wesam[^] guy is? He is listed as last editor of about 10 of the more recent questions on Q&A, has 777 points but never posted a single message during his two year membership. I know of no harm that the user did to anyone, the invisible editing just looks strange to me.
