I have been trying to upload my profile picture since morning, initially the error i faced was of filesize restriction upto 20K max. but now I am trying to upload a 11KB picture in .JPEG format and getting the following error.

    Quote:

Items that need attention: The file type '.jpeg' is not supported.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciable. :)

My profile picture is also in a .jpg type and it worked, too. How about the size of your picture?

You should disable hiding of known file extensions in the Windows explorer: - Select Start | Settings | Control Panels | Folder Options - Select the view tab - Uncheck “hide file extensions for known file types” Then the full file name is shown.
