Are you sure that you do not see the new icons? I've double and triple checked, you should see them. To be clear, I'm talking about those: undo icons[^]. If you still cannot see them, please try logging out and back in, although that should not be necessary. As for this 'cannot be undone' message, it is a nice finding, actually. This message was like this since the beginning, as delete was never undoable in ::Tasks. We added undo, but did not updated the message yet.

I did a logout-login and a cache clean and now I can see the icons . I also checked two things: 1. Delete a task - undo restored id 2. Changed the status - undo restored it Was able also to 'redo' the actions...

I'm not questioning your powers of observation; I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is. (V)

Great, thanks for confirmation. Weren't those icons visible before you logged out? Once I turned on the flag for you it should be visible after next page load. I'll keep an eye on this behavior.

No. But consider that I checked it from office (and not home), where I sit behind an enormous instrumentation, that try to keep bad things out...

OT - Do you remember the talks (Me and Marco) about an API to ::Tasks, that can enable us to develop some plugin for our environments?

I do. API is a big thing in our roadmap, I haven't forgotten, trust me ;) In meantime we wanted to take care about other topics, but slowly API is emerging to be closer and closer to top of our TODO list (which is measured in hundreds of items :) ). I can't promise any deadlines now, but the general message is that API support (not only for ::Tasks, but for all involved parts) is way closer now than it was during previous talks. And once we will have something ready to be shown, I'll definitely call for a beta testers. Most likely I'll also split the efforts into two parts, first of which will end up with some preliminary specs which can be discussed with community. Either way, stay tuned ;) Sorry for it to take so long, but we're getting there.

Chris said something about this summer.

I will never again mention that Dalek Dave was the poster of the One Millionth Lounge Post, nor that it was complete drivel.

Since this topic is important to you guys, I think we can start some discussions about use cases, our approach to this etc. I'll setup another thread on this forum, will describe what we have etc., asking to provide some use cases and/or other insights.
