Recovered auto-saved drafts should be hidden when no drafts available.

I have noticed if you have more than one drafts and you are deleting it one by one. after deleting all drafts it will showing two messages. 1. No drafts have been auto saved (which is in light gray color). 2. Recovered auto-saved drafts 1. (this should not visible is there is no drafts in the list).
