Hi, anyone knows about a free alternative to TeamViewer which gives an ID and PIN just like TeamViewer NOT by connecting to IP address? I want this for remote support... Thanks, Jassim

You should also differentiate if you need to access computers in a different network or in the same network (which may be a virtual private network also). In the latter case, some kind of VNC might do. Commercial alternatives usually offer more possibilities and thus might be worth their money!
