Solution rating Issue

Seems like their is an issue with Solution/Answer ratings(stars). My below Solution for one of the Question doesn't showing any down voting stars, but in my reputation history table its showing one down-vote entry for the Solution with -16 points. :^) Index was outside the bounds of the array

Change is a pattern of life.
The stars are shown now. It takes some time before they show up, due to caching.
The quick red ProgramFOX jumps right over the
Lazy<Dog>.
