What does CodeProject management think of web sites (e.g. www.tuicool.com) that scrape CodeProject for articles and post them on their own sites? My most recent article was posted on CodeProject less than nine hours before Google told me it was on www.tuicool.com.

They are on the naughty list, they are just difficult to shut down.
