Document Library error - The security validation for this page is invalid

We recently moved some users from other domain to Production domain. Now when they try to delete or move documents in a document library they are getting following error : "The Security validation for this page is invalid. Click back in your web browser, refresh the page, and try your operation again." Please help this is an urgent issue.

Is there any custom event receiver implemented for document library? This might be custom code issue.

We used and alternate option to delete the files and folders using the delete icon in ribbon.
