He has contributed enough that I wouldn't mark his account as SPAM, just the message. Hopefully he learns.
There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.
I saw his rep and thought that it doesn't look like the typical spammer! :) I have to say that his follow-up posts don't appear to offer any contrition.

Yes, several in the lounge. And the timestamp in Press Releases shows it was much later than his responses in the lounge to people telling him it was spam. He seems to have contributed a bit to the site so I got a feeling we'll see his account get reactivated and then hopefully he'll learn.
