Article editor crashes in IE when I'm scrolling using the scrollbar attached to the editor, not the page. This has been a problem for some time - and it's rather annoying.

Which version? Unfortunately we can't do a lot to fix IE's issues. We use IE11/Chrome/Firefox/Safari and Opera internally and haven't experienced this issue so I can't even really investigate it. All I can suggest is upgrade or use a different browser. Not much help, though, am I.

Hmmm. I'm running exactly the same and can't replicate the issue. Any add-ins installed?

Just like Chris, I checked with the same version and also back to IE10-9-8. Also checked on the 'new' Spartan engine, but didn't got any crash...

I have none. Hmmm. If you're bored it might be interesting to disable them one by one and test.

Can't seem to remember what it means to be bored ... :sigh: I'll try using Amaya[^] ... it seems they've stopped further development of Amaya ... so I'll just try using Chrome then ...

I would start with removing the Java plugins. I have bad personal experience with them.
