Every time I try to upload a profile picture I get the following message:

    Quote:

Something bad happened We're not sure what, but we have a few guesses. Problem: Illegal characters in path. Ticket: 0 Server: Web03

Known problem or just an ugly picture? :) // Magnus

Could be related to the recent Gravatar addition.

What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question? The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism. Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

Dumb question, did your filename have illegal characters in it?

There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

Facing similar problem. I tried to upload from two different browsers but no luck: Something bad happened We are not sure what, but we have a few guesses. Problem: Illegal characters in path. Ticket: 0 Server: Web04 Steps to reproduce: 1) Uncheck the Use my Gravatar checkbox. 2) Click on "Choose file" and select a .jpg file C:\image.jpg in the pop up dialog box. 3) Click on "Save my Settings" button and the above error pops up.

Now I got it working by first unchecking "Use my Gravatar" then saving settings followed by "Choose file" and saving settings again.
