I'm always being goofy. Seriously though - wikkety clicketty[^] - an idea with very little basis in reality. There are very few innovations that are so 'disruptve' that they cause an instant increase in revenue based on the idea. I cannot think of one example.

I deal with a lot of disruptive technology at work - mainly unattended cellphones with loud custom ringtones that constantly go off in the middle of the workday, with the owners nowhere in sight. :sigh: /ravi
