English, dare I say our second language, is taught 6 years in elementary school, and optionally 2 extra years in high school. Unless the person you're trying to communicate with have slept through school, you should be able to have more advanced conversations other than "What time is it?". :) I should also remind you that we, like many other countries, are very americanized. We read and hear English on a daily basis (whether we want to or not), so even if you find someone who can't speak English, chances are that he or she will at least understand you.                     Gilette Mach 3 Standard. Haven't tried Turbo yet. The package said it would work with any Mach 3 razor handle, but I didn't feel like gambling with approx €13.
