What is sick is that this guy thinks that he will go to heaven if he is killed. I don't know whether he is trying to purposefully cause flames or he believes all the crap he says. If they go to heaven than why are they so sad about the civilians killed in the war? They will go to heaven and enjoy 72 (number correct?) virgins. If some programmer says that stuff I am not sure what the future has in store for Arab world.

News flash - It's a war. People die. You people seem to think that only m,ilitary people are supposed to be killed in a war. The fact is that we're a lot better now than we were say, 60 years ago when we were bombing the shit outa Berlin. However, consider this: A civilian that works in a factory that manufactures war materials is considered a reasonable target for elimination. Skilled labor is part of what keeps a country a viable foe in a war. We dropped leaflets, there were reporters, it was in the news. The civilians KNEW we were coming, and yet they elected to stay where they were. The military is exercising what I consider to be reasonable effort to keep civilian casualties to a minimum. We can't keep the Iraqi military from using civilian neighborhoods to park their equipment. Syria sponsors terrorism, I think it needs to stop doing that or it will face the consequences. 2. I don't think Israel is doing everything right, but what other choices do they have when Palestinians are killing civilians? If I were their leader, I would recall all settlers from the land outside of the 1967 borders and then put up a fence. But that's just what I would do. Please don't judge us all based on the posts of a few. I understand your concern about westerners only seeing western news coverage. I've seen some of it, and it disgusts me. That being said, the fact that Al Jezeera is showing the same images from a different point of view is also disturbing. I think that it's important to understand the bias of the source of news that you watch. If you recognize the bias, and understand that no one broadcasts news without a bias, then you can start to see what's really going on.
