Preface: I love statistics (of course someone don't) In the MSDN articles online there is a small histogram that shows the distribution of the votes. This is not applicable to CP, because the interface is different, but a link to a small pop-up window could be suitable the current layout, for the server/bandwidth load, and hopefully for you. Just an image to show my idea.

Unfortunately this wont work on CP because the votes have different weigth. So you may have 10 votes of 5 and 2 of 1, yet the rating is 1.5 (approximation). How you graph that?

It does no longer relate anyhow to the rating value. It would however, have a value to show who (bronze, silver, ...) votes how.
