Changed my logon email

So I still haven't gotten a email confirmation email or anything after changing my logon email in my settings on this site a few days ago. How is the email confirmation process supposed to work? Not having my email confirmed is stopping me from doing some things and I'd really like to get it fixed.

I got it! It wasn't in the spam folder, so I'm not sure why I didn't get one earlier. Thanks for your help!
