          No such thing as simple for modeling a hospital. I suggest you design out what you need and then perhaps look at examples, as posted in the first answer.

            Hang on - it was a library back in January: data warehouse - Database Discussion Boards - CodeProject[^] Then it was a student database: access data base - Database Discussion Boards - CodeProject[^] data base and data mining - Database Discussion Boards - CodeProject[^] How I Creat Data Base[^] And now it's a hospital. For all three projects, you've put in precisely zero effort. Take the hint - nobody here is going to do your work for you. And remember that your teacher / boss is probably monitoring these forums, and knows that you're trying to cheat. :suss:

                    With decades of experience with munging data from one format to another using perl that is never a problem. Especially versus trying to get any actual business requirements out of anyone which is much harder.
