error while accepting or rejecting a solution

"An error occurred while attempting to accept this answer. Please try again later." this message is coming while click the "accept solution /Reject Solution" button multiple times once i click the "accept solution /Reject Solution" there is no response or alert messages.so i tried to accept again.

Don't: just try a refresh and you will most likely see a successful result.

you mean ,user has to refresh the page after accepting the solution?
