    Reuters[^]:

Yahoo Inc last year secretly built a custom software program to search all of its customers' incoming emails for specific information provided by U.S. intelligence officials, according to people familiar with the matter.

If Yahoo scans customer emails, but has no customers, does it reveal any information?

Would that include the accounts badged as ATT.net and administered by Yahoo! (including ameritech.net and so on)? And in that case, were other CEO's consulted as well? Which other firms would be included?
