I am not seeing option to Copy with Headers at all

Hi all, In my ss management studio I am not seeing the option "Copy with Headers at all" that will be usually will be there on the results pane. Then I even tried by checking the option "Include the Columns headers in Copying" still that's not letting me copy the Column Headers when copying the results. I am not sure and its a good to have feature which will be needed for every now and then. Any suggestion is going to be very very helpful.
