“Everything that runs on Windows 10 S is downloaded from the Windows Store,” says Microsoft’s Windows chief Terry Myerson.

Just don't call it Windows RT 2.0

        Fixed that for you...

Sudden Sun Death Syndrome (SSDS) is a very real concern which we should be raising awareness of. 156 billion suns die every year before they're just 1 billion years old. While the military are doing their part, it simply isn't enough to make the amount of nukes needed to save those poor stars. - TWI2T3D (Reddit)

It's actually called the windows store, but there are only 10 apps worth downloading from it -- which no-one can find, anyway, because they're buried under the millions and millions of worthless apps.

Y'know, I can't help but wonder how many people are wandering the halls of Redmond, fingering their prayer-beads, and muttering the mantra "Please let us call it windows 11.   Please let us call it windows 11..."

Sounds like a poor attempt to get people to write UWP apps.

I've performed a highly sophisticated analysis[^] of the Windows store; and after failing to find the two most frequently installed free Windows applications in it (although there is an epic amount of scamware for both) I can safely predict that Win RT 2.0 will be as elephantingly doomed as version 1 was.

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? --Zachris Topelius Training a telescope on one’s own belly button will only reveal lint. You like that? You go right on staring at it. I prefer looking at galaxies. -- Sarah Hoyt
