    While searching on the site for something I come across this article[^] The article is about an hex editor and its extension(s) There are 2 links in the article and one is an installer (hosted at codeproject) Second link is to a commercial hex editor web site And there is a claim of plagiarism[^] from another member about the subject product There is no source code , And the article itself does not qualify current article guidelines
