If you need custom software for specific hardware then you would need to 1. Create appropriate specifications, both functionality and target OS. 2. Find someone to create it for you. You could look to either paying or doing profit sharing. If you want to sell software then you would find a vendor that would sell to you and you sell it. Just like any other product in a shop.

Hi, Where are you based Rakmik1? Do you want some kind of stock control/till system maybe with a website so sell items through? You could have a tablet based till connected to a desktop/laptop via wifi - the laptop could have SQLServer Express installed to keep track of your stock (via updates sent from the tablet to laptop through IIS(WebApi) through a router) and you could run reports (maybe Excel reports if you're happy with Excel) on stock sales etc. There could also be an admin system (XAML desktop app or maybe Windows 10 App) where you can make changes to stock data and process orders from tablet again to have a current stock reordering system. The above system is basically what I am currently working on for a client (except theirs is a café and stock there is food and drink but a similar system could be built for hardware). A reference from them is available (they are NHS based) if required. We are currently deciding whether or not to do an online ordering system (I have an Azure virtual machine where I could host such a site) but they want the system up and running asap so not sure yet. The source code for my current project is available at benemanuel.net (its a bit messy in parts but everything works correctly) if you want to see some of the work - if you do, please read the licence and readme files in the root directory.
