the number of article votes does not increase on even votes and then increases by 2.

I noticed it today. I had 21 votes for my article. Someone voted for it again - the number of votes displayed did not change. Then someone else voted for it and the number of votes on the article jumped straight to 23. methinks something is wrong.

I do not think it was a client cache. I thought I tried to refresh a couple of times. Only second upvote made the number to update.
