    I can testify to both of these being true. At least, that's my excuse for the second one.

        I've worked with people who have had desks that can be used in a sitting or standing position; the desk has controls to raise or lower as needed. I suppose, for those that have 'standing only' desks, they could request chair with extreme extension to allow them to 'sit' at an elevated level. No harm there, not is there...
