Where's link for the soapbox?

If I hover over the "community" tab, I don't see a link to the soapbox. Just so this message appears to be from an properly enraged user who is also an obstinate prick, I'd be adding a motley of expletives: Crap, fuck, nonsense, (Turn)bullshit, ELEPHANT!

For me it's 50/50 as whether or not I see that link, it is odd.
