We're at war and I believe we need to operate as though we are. 4) Judicial nominees - very much in support of conservative nominees, I believe the country has been damaged beyond belief by activist, liberal judges who make law instead of applying the law. 5) Tort reform - very supportive of any effort to reign in out landish awards (such as the 3M awared to the fool who spilled hot coffee on herself, zillions in tobacco awards, latest attempt to soak the fast food industry). 6) School vouchers - I believe the public school system is in a shambles due to : "diversity", teacher unions, lawyers, parents/kids inability to accept responsibility for their own actions, and political correctness that teach acceptance of many things cultural but fail to teach history and civics. 7) Religuous freedom, but that is freedom of not from. For balance, here's a list of American positions I do not support: 1) Membership in the UN 2) Income redistribution through the tax code, yes, that is social Darwinism. 3) National health care (although at one time I did). 4) The Bush "Roadmap" that promises a Palestinian State at the expense of an Israeli State. 5) Any restrictions on gun ownership including those on fully automatic weapons, possible exception would be for convicted felons. 6) Open borders with Mexico and Canada - believe these need to be heavily patrolled. 7) The War on Drugs - I believe this is an incredible waste of my taxes and a severe drain on the economy. 8) The Bush view that all religions are peaceful - I believe this is naive and ignores current events and logic. 9) Our friendship with Saudi Arabia - I believe the Saudis along with Iran are at the root of
