    Business Insider[^]:

Combined, the explosions of software and hardware will give developers everywhere the tools they need to easily solve computing problems once thought impossible in a way that's cheap and efficient enough for every car, toy, and appliance manufacturer to take advantage.

Because you all want to be trendy, right? Edit: Sorry about that - when I read the article, and added it to the newsletter, it didn't have that "Subscribe to read" popup on it. Message learned to not trust Business Insider in the future.

Unfortunately, I can't view the article without paying them. Perhaps because I'm in Thailand, and not using a VPN at the moment ?

I suspect it's a general paywalled site, no matter where you live. It looked like an interesting article too. Could whoever sends out the news emails maybe double-check for paid sites please?

Microsoft has made some strides in this area. Its Project Brainwave, for example, is an AI-optimized system designed for the Microsoft Azure cloud using a novel architecture called FPGA,

This is the point where I stopped reading, since it was clear the idiot blathering the article didn't actually understand anything.

Or Microsoft executives. Hey, Mr. CTO Scott, how about you pay attention to the shit your company is churning out instead of spewing it? (I'm only being partly sarcastic. Microsoft executives seem far more interested in pontificating that in paying attention to their own company.)

I wonder what triggers it, even with all of my crap blockers off I still don't have anything in the way of the article.
