There's a new Windows Insider build out today, and the biggest changes appear to be none other than Notepad, Windows' venerable barebones text editor.

Coming next: Notepad will be integrated into Paint 3D, and made Cloud-only! (This seems to fit some other of this mornings headlines. But if the prediction comes true, the world will end. Really.)
