Report flag and sub menu position

The report flag is on the right now (on members page it didn't use to be) But the sub-menu is only half visible. I can still report but it is a bit annoying. Browser: chrome Version 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit) Layout: Fluid on members page:
