    @Mentors and @Editors, I just saw this article in moderation, [under moderation right now](https://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/ArticleVersion.aspx?waid=2303141&aid=3319569), and it has some code hosted on GitHub as gists. Do we accept that, or we need to suggest an on-site code?

      AFAIK is allowed, there are a lot of publications hosting code in github

      M.D.V. ;) If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about? Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

        For big projects already involving the open-source community, this is more convenient than forcing to maintain two separate code bases.

        noop()

          I think, its allowed. Even many of my articles have code base in GitHub. :) I don't see any reason to stop it. Its more convenient to author as well as reader, IMHO.
