I've hunted around for this for a bit and can't find it. Not sure if it doesn't exist or I'm just not looking at the right spot. I'd like to periodically be able to get a report of how many views my articles get. I can see to total views since an article was written, but I can't see how to view how many views this year, or the last 90 days. If this doesn't already exist, could it?

Hover the mouse over your username at the top right of the page, and a drop down will appear. Select "My Articles" from the list for the articles page. Each article has a "views" count visible:

But something seems to be disappear: If I go to my Tip/Trick it shows on the left side "Stats" and there "views". In the past it was possible to click on "views" and it showed a time graph over the views. This is no longer possible at the moment.

It does not solve my Problem, but it answers my question

They are there for me (now you point me at them): All I did was open the article, and click on "stats".

:-O you are right. I searched in the "Stats" where "views" and "bookmark" are shown. The "Stats" in the very top works like you described. Thank you very much.

It does not solve my Problem, but it answers my question

No, thank you - I didn't even know it existed!

After @OriginalGriff refreshed my brain. This is maybe what you are looking for:

This is nearly what I'm looking for. I'd like to be able to control the date range that gets reported (currently just shows last 30 days), and I'd like the out put either to be just the total or grid. It would be really nice to be able to put in a date range and get a total of how many views each article had over that range all on one page.

Looked promising, but it doesn't have any information about views.
