Duplicate account Cannot locate original

I had "Joe Carron" account a long time ago but now had to join as "Joe H Carron" it would not allow me to use Joe Carron so I had to join as Joe H Carron. Seems I cannot find Joe Carron or use "Joe Carron" would like to use the original if possible? Maybe someone else has the account? To make matters worse I am not sure what email I originally used as Joe Carron. The correct and current email is what I currently use.
