Not receiving "the daily build" and "the daily insider" newsletters
-
Hi,
For a couple of days now I haven't received any of your newsletters. Last one I got was from wednesday last week.
Visiting https://www.codeproject.com/Feature/DailyBuild/ and https://www.codeproject.com/Feature/Insider/ I see the banner saying that I'm subscribed.
I haven't changed any settings as far as I know so I'm not sure what could be causing me to not receive the newsletters.
Thank you.
What I have tried:
Checked the spam folder and email filters as well as the subscription settings on the profile page.

According to your history, you unsubscribed to your emails on Aug. 5, 2019 and re-subscribed on Oct. 17, 2019. Are you getting your newsletters now. Please check your junk mail, and if an corporate account, are they blocking your newsletters.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I'm still not receiving the newsletters. This is a corporate account but I'm almost sure it's not being blocked (I get emails with the replies to this thread for example). I'll wait until next week and I'll let you know if I start receiving them again (otherwise I'll check if there's a new rule blocking this kinds of emails, although there wasn't before)

I've checked and according to our logs we have sent you newsletter all last week in the start of this week. I suspect that your corporate spam filter has flag us as a spam source and is blocking email from our mail servers or the account used to send them. Please check your spam folder, and ask you IT dept to check if we are being blocked. Since a large percentage of the developers at your branch of CGI subscribe to CodeProject newsletters, if it is anything like the one here in Canada, the large number of inbound emails may have triggered a block. If they can't/won't put in an exception for the block, try changing your CodeProject account email address to a personal, non-corporate email address.

I was getting the newsletter for years at the same e-mail, until the 15th. It always came to my inbox and I checked everywhere else. However, I put in a request to the network technical people here this morning. They said it was on your end - then suddenly this afternoon I get the last 3 days of the newsletter (and a co-worker as well). So my guess is that they updated something on the firewall or security settings and after I said something they made a change. All set now.
