    MS Power User[^]:

Microsoft recently confirmed that they will be switching Fast Ring to the active development branch (called “RS_PRERELEASE”). This means that Windows Insiders on Fast Ring will receive new features which are not necessarily tied to a specific Windows 10 update bi-yearly update.

Because we need those new icons NOW

Why would ANYONE in their right mind want to use binaries from the active development branch? That's just begging for trouble.

Kind of worrying, but not really surprising after the last couple of years... That would even make somehow sense and probably explain some of the things happening.

M.D.V. ;) If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about? Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.
