I'm getting them, too. I just sent an e-mail to the webmaster, and this has also been reported on the Spam and Abuse Watch forum. Pretty much every 5 minutes. (And there's another one...)

We seem to have had a race condition the could result in sending multiple copies of the newsletter. I've fixed the bug. Sorry for the irritating Newsletter behavior. Bad, Bad Newsletter!!
