Yeah - just fixed this. Wrong graphic was used.

In the end, the money to run this platform has to come from somewhere. For me the flashing ad is no problem, usually I don't stay on the 'home' that long.
It does not solve my Problem, but it answers my question Chemists have exactly one rule: there are only exceptions

It's fixed now*, but if the image is in your browser cache you'll need CTRL+F5 to load the new version of the image. * Bugs and Suggestions[^]

Nor do I except for moderation - but it's a "landing site" for newbies so it needs to look "right" or the whole site comes over as "a bit crap". You've probably done it yourself - arrive at a site and decide immediately that there will be nothing you want there because it looks like it was assembled by a blind two year old.
