There is more than one way to add images to a document. Could you please describe the steps you took to add the image. I may have fixed the issue, but need to verify.

In article writing wizard, I 'drag and drop' an image. image is shown on right. I click on the 'insert' link under the image.

Thanks, now hopefully I can verify my fix. The change hasn't been deployed yet.
