My common email adr is . When I request an password sent to , I see "Unable to find your information." When I attempt to create an account using , I see "This email is in use." Please advise.

This kind of message should go to the Bugs and Suggestions[^] forum. Maybe @Sean-Ewington or @Chris-Maunder can move it there and dig a bit about it?
