Me too. Today. Clicked "Select Profile Image" button. Selected the file with the file browser dialog. Clicked the "Open" button. Nothing happens. (Tried multiple times with png and jpg in a few sizes.) Thanks. I thought that Retiring would be a good chance to update things. I'm about a decade older than the current photo!
