Cocaine in Germany and Spain
-
seems to be what's hip. According to this http://www.aftonbladet.se/vss/nyheter/story/0,2789,323840,00.html[^] (sorry, swedish only), 90 percent of 2500 collected euro notes, contains in average 0.4 micrograms cocaine. They don't mention where these notes where sampled, but it's interesting nonetheless. 90 percent is a lot! The article also mentions that they found traces of cocaine in 22 of 28 toilets in the German parliament. Yeehaw! :) The situation was similar in Spain. However, in Spain the amount of cocaine in on the notes were higher. I guess the euro notes in Germany is of better quality than in Spain. From a cocaine snorters point of view that is. ;) -- Counting the days in the haze around you Susanne let the ether fall Out of phase, I am all around you Susanne on the wall

read a german article today, too. It also mentioned (to our defense) that a) there's a high inner-european circulation of notes, b) the 90% mark was reached last fall already, and c) there's a large amount of immaculate conception (notes get contamined in purse, money counters, etc.)

Germans are known to be rigorous and efficient, another proof :) 0.9 x 2500 x 0.000004 = 0.009g . Ok, I forget the idea to collect euro notes.
