I'm writing an article and would like to include a ClipArt image to help illustrate a concept. If I purchase the rights to use the ClipArt, may I then include it in my article? For example, I can purchase this ClipArt for $2: Boom barrier, automatic, toll plaza, parking, boom gate, stop bar icon - Download on Iconfinder[^] May I then use it in my article?
